About the HOA
The Flanders Mill Homeowners Association (HOA) is guided by a volunteer board of residents who oversee key decisions affecting our neighborhood’s appearance, function, and long-term value. The HOA operates under a set of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CCRs) and formal design guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality development across the community.

Our Partnership with HOA My Way Property Management
The HOA Board works in close partnership with a software based platform called HOA My Way, to support the day-to-day operations of our neighborhood. While the Board provides leadership, planning, and oversight, HMW offers an escrow and financial department to provide administrative support and ensures regulatory compliance. Together, we aim to provide transparent, responsive service for all residents.

HOA Board Responsibilities:

• Overseeing architectural review process and approvals

• Managing HOA communications and website

• Reviewing and approving vendor contracts

• Organizing board meetings and the annual HOA meeting

• Managing long-term community planning and improvement initiatives

• Coordinating board-approved vendor services and maintenance

HOA My Way Management Responsibilities:

• Collecting dues, tracking payments, and issuing late notices

• Maintaining HOA records, insurance, and compliance filings

• Assisting residents with general questions and CCR enforcement

• Supporting ARC submission processing (submitted through portal)
